Installing an Add-on

Before we can really get to the next step I realized I mentioned what add-ons are great to install, but failed to describe how to install them. So let's figure that out.

So the first add-on that I mentioned that I loved is called Auctionator. So head over to http://www.curse.com/addons/wow/auctionator and click the little Download Now button.

Now locate where you downloaded the add-on to. Double Click the add-on and drag the file into your Add-on folder. For me it is located in C: > Program Files (x86) > World of Warcraft > Interface > Addons

The last step is to make sure your add-on is turned on. So open up World of Warcraft sign in and hit the Add-on's button in the bottom left corner. Make sure the add-on you just installed has a check mark next to it and it if is out of date check the load out of date add-ons button in the upper right. Hit the okay button and log into the game with your new fancy add-on!
